I have been working at Infosys full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Lots of projects
You will never be laid off, unless u r too bad.
Good salary .

Cons

They will ask you to work on anything .. even if you have no experience in it..
whatever the requirement, they expect to learn and work on it..
Bonusses are less nowadays.. :(

    Pros

    Lot of opportunities to learn technical as well as non technical aspects of project management with best practices and processes

    Cons

    HR policies have become non employee friendly.

    Treat loyal employees with respect. Monetary compensation for them needs to be in sync with market value. Lack of vision in terms of employee satisfaction will lead to losing lot of good resources.

    Work environment and Process are Key Strength

    No importance given to personal aspiration. Project allocation doesn't take a person's skillset/ talent into account.
