I worked at Infosys full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Ethics and Value Driven. The training department (E&R) is one of the best among competitors. Provides good scope for learning. Excellent facilities and infrastructure. Onsite opportunities

    Cons

Not very well known in terms of Salary. Not technology specific, you may be required to switch to different technology anytime based on requirements. You will never want to leave the company, you will want to leave your manager. :)

    Advice to Management

Top level management is value driven and is doing good. Mid level management is not managing the available resources efficiently.
