Brand name - great respect in the industry
Holistic growth - lot of extra curricular activities
Can start any club within - will find several like-minded people - after all, it is 100,000 strong workforce.
Cons
No work life balance
No transparency in performance management
Of late, too many rules with respect to number of work hours
Advice to Senior Management
Middle management needs to be trained - BIG TIME
