Pros-Fair and process driven HR practices
-Generally large teams at client location giving belongingness when you start at new client location.

Cons- Leadership is primarily from managers transferred from India who struggle with work ethics of US.
- Because of above, at mid and junior levels work culture may seem completely out of sync with stated goals/objectives set for you. (AHs seem to get more recognition than talented quite folks)
-Not suitable for folks who are more aligned with US work culture.

Advice to Senior Management-Be bold and hire folks with GC/US citizenship at sr management level to align work culture with US clients that you work for.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
