Cons

The HR department is not quite on par with the company.
The benefits does not equal to the benefits of the other national and international companies established here.
The management positions are almost all Indian nationals and they don't have the proper abilities to manage.

Advice to Senior Management

Bolster the HR department.
Increase salaries/benefits.
Train and promote nationals to management positions.
