Advice to ManagementAdvice

Infosys can become one of the best places to work, given its infrastructure and facilities, if the salary and compensation are provided to employees are matched with what their counterparts are getting in other companies. Employees growth should also be kept in pace with time so that one has not to search for other options available outside to attain the same.
Policies are required to be more employee friendly for employees to believe in the company.

unable to retain and reward right talent, rising workforce, HR issues

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Its time to move away from the safe and secure services company tag, time to give the world a infosys made product ..the likes of an Apple, give way to new ideas, take some risks.

Top level management is not proper

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Infosys

    Pros

    Infrastructure is too good.
That is the one and only thing people used to be here at infosys.

    Cons

Top level management always support PMs,SPMs.
Even if SE/SSE,TA/TL complains something about them, no action will be taken. PMs/SPMs dominate all the junior level employees. Noone is here to ask them why they are doing so.

Sudden implementation of new and weird policies makes all the employees to stay in uncomfortable situations.

More threatening mails from higher level management. Noone cares about employee satisfaction. Clients are the one and only target. They could compromise anything for clients and makes employees to stay in the no-other-go situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can't change the management. useless to advice them.
