Its THE BEST place to start career , where there are many opportunities ( challenges ) and fast growth.

High Onsite opportunities support you financially . The role played by a software engineer or a programmer analyst is very competetive and wont get the chance in any other company.

Cons

But in case your are going to be in Offshore, the salary may not be really sufficient. Some of the company policies are very strict and are not suitable for Work-Life balance for employees who are with family.

Advice to Senior Management

Flexibility should not be suffered due to policies which are made for "Freshers" "Unmarried" "bench" junta. There are other people who are still working hard !!!
