I have been working at Infosys full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good work environment. Pretty relaxed. But it all depends on ur project. If u r lucky enough to get a good project, ur life will be good Other wise it can be bad as hell.
Excellent facilities for employees gym , swimming pool, carrom , table tennis , pool , tennis, basket ball , large cricket ground. All these at just 250 Rs per month.

    Cons

lot of bench time. No progress in careers. Its good for training and freshers. Complete 1 yr in Infy and then u can leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If u dont give progressions to employees sooner or later they are going to leave. IF you think that your employees are not capable enough well it means u dont understand them. Have u given them sufficient opportunities to work. Did u give them a chance to work. Ask ur self before blaming the capability of employees.
U have the best talent pool in the entire industry.
U just need to use it smartly. Ur training is best. Gives us a lot of skills. But in production u need to exploit skills of ur employees.
Why dont u give facilities like work from home to ur junior employees. If there is no harm the they should be allowed to work from home, provided all conditions are conducive.
