    Pros

    Very professional organization
The business enabling functionaries are much better that other organizations. Employees do not realize that until they see how bad other organizations are.
Merit driven. If you perform well, you would get everything without asking for it. In my 5 years, I have always got what I wanted like hikes (though low, was the top bracket in what was offered), onsite assignments etc

    Cons

The CRR system worked well for me. But I do see the drawback. If the team is full of high performing individuals, there is a possibility that one of them gets hit. But good managers are aware of it and they try to spread such people across teams.
Compensation was below par. But it changed for the better just as I left the company
There is a decrease in the performance of HR, especially the immigration desk

    Advice to Management

Having high hopes with NRN back
