Infosys Project Manager in Bangalore (India):   (Current Employee)

Pros

Only the best campus and onsite opportunities

Cons

- No work life balance
- No job satisfaction - at the end of it , its just copy paste work for 90% of Infoscions
- No compensation to even compete in market

Advice to Senior Management

Please listen to your 80% junta and not elite EC members. People are very dissatisfied and this mass exodus can be very unfortunate for the company
