1. Bad Salary / Less Pearks (Almost everything on capus is charged, as they say 'There is no free lunch' - Infy implemts that)
2. Middle and Top Management Not Aggressive
3. Reaching Out To Employees Seems An Eyewash Sometimes
4. Favouratism For Onshore Opportunities
5. Apetite For Growth Seems Low In Domestic Markets
6. New Joinees Are Treated Well With Great Pay, Existing Ones Ignored

Advice to Senior Management

1. Reach out to employess more at ground level
2. Align salaries, bring at par with the best in class, give weightage to existing talent
3. Take Employees Aspirations, Personal Needs While Dealing With Them
