Pros

Infosys does not provide any reason to continue working for them.
The work culture is similar to just ano other Indian IT company and compensation packages are also similar.

Cons

Appraisal processes are not fair and competent people are not given a fair chance for growth.
Mediocre and work shirkers sail in the same boat as the Intelligent and hardworking do.
Project Management is not result oriented and hence rework and schedule slippages are common.

Advice to Senior Management

Instead of focusiing on Variable Pay cut think of something more innovative aimed at cutting costs.
Invest in you Human Resources and provide them opportunity for growth alongwith your business.
