good technical growth is possible within infy. However all depends on the team and the manager. For some team people are working satisfied while other teams are suffering.

Cons

low salary, rat race for onsite as this is the only option to see the face of money. sometimes half of your day is under pressure.

Advice to Senior Management

clarity in the process. less personal preference but more weightage to professional skills. salary should be at per the market rate.
