    I worked at Infosys

    Pros

The campus is good. Then the work culture is ok.The choices to move between streams is great. You can swap from management stream to technical stream and viceversa. The Knowledge shop is great.and yes the food courts are great too.

    Cons

There is lot of delay because the processes cannot scale up to the large number of employees.Even getting an offer letter takes a lot of time. The force to move from one technology to another is not good as it is not easy to switch from one platform to another.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The processes are great. But the application is poor as they have not scaled up to the number of employees.
