The food courts and the office landscapes are too good...You will feel good about teh facilities provided on campus

Cons

You will never get good hikes nor will you get recognition for your work in many projects.
Not worth to work for more than 2 years.

Advice to Senior Management

If you want to retain employees offer at least industry standard growth and speed of promotion.
Your new system of iRAce has just added new levels of hierarchy and will make sure that every body leaves the company soon
