Pros

Friendly atmosphere, job security, good learning and career growth for hardworking and diligent folks.

Cons

Salalry better then other offshore counterparts but should look at the competition from US based companies and increase the compensation package to retain folks.

Advice to Management

Should look for better compensation for employees working in night shift.

    Pros

    1. In extreme case care about employee
    2. Opportunity are immense upto a particular level in value chain.
    3. Bit stable especially if some one wants to keep traveling abroad with base in India.

    Cons

    1. Very Bureaucratic
    2. Not great place for intelligent and High value job.
    3. Growth limited after initial 5 years.
    4. Day Rs-USD arbitrage will over there is no differentiating factor

    Advice to Management

    De-centralise decision making authority. More liberal on finance and lateral training. Be a global company in action rather then in thoughts and get out of Bangalore.
