Current Employee – been working at Infovision
Pros – Their dealings were pretty neat. Whenever you have a problem and call them, they respond really fast. They assure that everything will be ok and strangely, everything becomes ok when you reach their client (for me- Verizon) location!
Cons – There is no visibility of the process going on.Horrible communication
When they hire you, they send a huge bundle of docs to fill up and send across- which they can easily do at their office.
They never respond or guide you unless you call them
During the hiring process, if you have a doubt and mail them for clarification about a form, they never respond or pick up the phone- which is very irritating
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the communication gap between your employees. If they have a question, please answer it. Don't just ignore our mails.
