Great learning environment, competative salary, good family work life balance. Staff are friendly and ready to help when asked. Opportunity to advance within the company and to enjoy working on more than one project.

Cons

Information does no flow well to support staff. Many new projects take several months to get the bugs worked out which creates a chaotic environment for a while. Access to management is limited.

Advice to Senior Management

Better, more structured orientaion for new employees. Need consistency among managers. Need to draw a firmer line with customers so that deliverables are quality vs. quantity. Need more opportunity for training.
