    Pros

    Good Pay
    If you don't sell, you don't make money, but you most likely won't get fired

    Cons

    Have to work nights and weekends
    Very little advancement opportunities
    No training other than sales trainings
    A lot of initiatives.

    Pros

    -The employees are exceedingly hard working and believe in what can be accomplished by the company
    -Benefits, though decreasing are still far and above what other company's have to offer at a low employee contribution
    -Brand loyalty and pride of employee's in what they are producing for consumers

    Cons

    -Lack of communication between managers and employees who actually have the knowledge to assist them in making sound forward thinking decisions
    -Consistant inability to increase employee engagement scores
    -Inability to integrate business aquisition into the Ingersoll Rand company culture effectively
    -Work life balance is not easily found in current Ingersoll Rand business structure
