    Global experience and a variety of business lines within the same organization

    Cons

    Right hand doesn't know what left is doing- confusion, change and staff turnover that may not be appropriate solution

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Figure out new corporate strategy that satisfies stakeholders and ensures longevity of the company so it will actually still be in existence in 10 years
