I worked at Ingersoll Rand

Pros

Good opportunity for development especially within current role, don't have to necessarily move

Cons

Timely feedback is preached but not necessarily practiced. Internal candidates treated poorly compared to external candidates

    Pros

Lots of senior engineers with great experience to share. Great management

    Cons

Tyler, Texas was not the greatest place to live. Maybe it was because I was too young

    Advice to Management

Consider employing your interns full time after graduation. I worked with 5 other engineer co-ops. We stay in touch and none of them were even contacted upon graduating.
