    Pros

Generous vacation policy only If over 30, unable to think of any other positive attributes.

I worked at Ingersoll Rand full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company to start a career in Operations. The rotational program is good because you get a taste of different fields.

    Cons

Too slow. All facilities have different cultures and the company hasn't done much in terms of changing that. Most of the locations are in the midwest area. Innovation culture does not exist.

    Advice to Management

    Take risks. Embrace innovation.
