    Pros

Great career progression, the people are really Ingram's strength.

    Cons

Salaries are below average. I do believe that they try to make up for it in other ways. Lots of on site perks.

I have been working at Ingram Micro full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Ingram is a very mature company that has strong leadership and which provides a stabile enviroment. Additionally by being a very large company there are many opportunities to explore various ambitions either in your current department or outside of your current department. Also due to the ever changing business you are often given the opportunity innovate and create.

    Cons

While there are always oportunities for advancement it isn't always easy to get them. Also this is a very lean company so as large projects come up there is a need to occasionally rally and put in the long hours neccesary to meet deadlines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think there are some perks that Ingram could offer their employees like free beverages or even a more casual dress code that wouldn't cost much but would make the long days more enjoyable
