They've been good to me but

I have been working at Ingram Micro full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Exciting work at times, lots of professional contacts

    Cons

The pay scale blows. Not much room for advancement unless you want to keep hopping and skipping through the company. Find something you're good at and love? Well after so many years you're going to need to find something else to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have promotions within vendor funded positions, instead of making the vendor pay for your promotion. These associates still work for you, remember?
