    Pros

    Good benefits that kick in immediately upon hire. Chance to work with well known names in tech such as Microsoft, HP, IBM. Very good work/life balance culture.

    Cons

    Pay could be more competitive.

    Pay scale for technicians is relatively low.
    Until very recently, almost no long-term career development paths available for technicians unless they wanted to become supervisors.
