    Benefits at the NY or CA office are great

    Old infrastrure in the technology that employees utilize
    Benefits are terrible for remote employees
    Some managers will micro manage
    Information sharing from managers to direct reports is lacking with some

    Instead of making the square peg fit the circle hole, try drilling a square hole so others can use it as well

    Ingram Micro is the world's largest distributor of technology products

    - Dynamic and challenging opportunities to improve business operations
    - Some great people to work with who are dedicated to improving the business

    - Constant organization restructuring
    - Redundant organizations (i.e. each geographic region may have a similar department)
    - Promotes negative feedback as an informal tool. Executives often discusses negative feedback of others in front of subordinates
    - Unethical practices (see news releases)
