I have been working at Ingram Micro part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I enjoy the people I work with, the environment and so far it seems like there is a lot of opportunity to grow and develop.

    Cons

Typical office setting, low pay in comparison with the rest of the market, and not many team development or corporate events for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leveling pay with current pay rates and investing time and money to appreciate employees (Holiday parties, etc.)

I have been working at Ingram Micro full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

if you are a go-getter, willing to work your butt off IN SALES then you will make it in this company.

    Cons

There is not a process for cross-department transfers. Meaning if you are in tech support and would like to move to sales, there is no "approved" route to go on. You're kind of on your own with that.
