Current Employee – been working at Initiative full-time
Pros – Big clients - big ideas.
One is allowed to implement his ideas with his own clients. Everything is in your hands.
Pay is not much, but if one is good, he can be promoted on the year by year basis.
Cons – To some extent there is a small research department.
Advice to Senior Management – Would be beneficial to invest more in the research staff.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
