Pros

Great place to learn a skill set, develop in media, and progress. Clear progression of career available, and upper management WANTS you to learn and move up. Good company culture, lots of PTO, and willingness to teach. Parent company is a media giant, so many opportunities to move across brands/business units after 1 year of work.

Cons

Enormous company, so you MUST stand out to progress quickly. Not every team is a delight to work with, but get in, learn your skill set, and progress so you can make sure to

I have been working at Initiative full-time

    Pros

Good culture. The office is fairly laid back and isn't the typical "sweat-shop" that many agencies are.

    Cons

The agency has been losing businesses. The departments are still very silo-ed. The company is very top heavy - too many chiefs, not enough Indians.
