Enjoyable experience

ProsI Felt welcome right away and was given the right tools for the job. Many companies don't do that. Very casual atmosphere and hours were flexible.

ConsSome frustrations with departments not communicating very effectively and not feeling useful at end of contract.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter communication
