“Work you to the bone, treat employees unfairly”
Former Employee – worked at Innovative Staff Solutions
Pros – Compensation, co workers, health, insurance and retirement benefits, granted time off easily, variety of experience you will gain, friendships created.
Cons – High stress, little to no recognition, witnessed employees treated unfairly, show favoritism, upper management is two faced, long hours when business spikes.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop hiring friends and keep the good employees that have been loyal to the company and work very hard to give you sucess and profit. Clients notice those things.
