“Great place to work for Allied Health positions...not so great of opportunities for non-Allied Health”
Current Employee – been working at Inova Health Systems
Pros – Great benefits package. Great opportunities for Allied Health positions (i.e. nurses, physicians etc.)
Cons – The range of opporunities for administrative and non-Allied positions is limited. The PTO (paid time off) system is not so great compared to government agencies that offer plenty of annual, sick and holiday leave.
