Inovalon Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Inovalon full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Business is booming!
Continually trying to provide better benefits for all employees, onsite and remote
Updated annual review process but there's still a lag for pay raises

Cons – HIgh turnover rate, probably in 30% range
No real sense by CEO of work / life balance
Decisions about bonuses are inequitable
Changing the company name did not change the environment

Advice to Senior Management – Figure out what the deal is with senior management turn over.
Consider that not only managers should be eligible for bonuses.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
