    Pros

It is a good place for researchers. You have enough space and good condition to full fill your idea.

    Cons

The language is a problem. It is better that you can speak French.

I have been working at Inria

    Pros

Smart friendly people to work with. 35 paid days off. Much freedom to do research. No micromanagement ever. Flexible in hours. Tenured position.

    Cons

Pay is extremely low compared to standard of other countries. Pay is pretty low compared to industry standard in france.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Doing a great job. Try to raise salaries of researchers to be able to attract international talent. Otherwise, it will be hard to hire international researchers.

    Recommends
