I have been working at InsideTrack full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

People who work at InsideTrack really care about other people, their students, their co-workers, their future, and in general want to conitnue to better themselves and those around them. It's an inspiring place to come each day.

Cons

We are constantly in change modd. The motto is "be flexible and adaptable." I love that we are willing to engange in new ideas, try new things, but sometimes it leads to a lot of initiatives, constant pilot mode, and that can be exhausting.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to just "be" and reflect/analyze how the new initiatives are working or not working, before diving into more changes.

    Pros

    Pay is reasonable, hopefully you get to help students along the way, some fun coworkers to make connections with

    Cons

    Disorganized management, lack of communication from management, no clear goals for employees, call center environment with a sales vibe

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Actually learn to handle hr and employees correctly, stop putting client FIRST and instead put student first, get some diversity in workforce, increase cultural competency
