    Pros

Park close to building and it is free.

    Cons

Don't park in the one shade spot?
"Insider" stands for "inside" the family, otherwise your opinion doesn't really matter.
Stuffy and political culture. Terrible environment for creativity and big ideas. The family have been in there bubble for too long, and the work proves it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust people that work for you, respect the experience of others coming into your world. You might actually learn something if you listen.

    I worked at Insider Marketing

    Pros

The expertise Insider brings to marketing/product launch consulting in the consumer electronics sector is a unique offering and the consultants bring a rich background of channel experience to client engagements. The small office atmosphere is family-like, comfortable, and beautiful. People are encouraged to take ownership in their roles. The owners are fiscally conservative with a great deal of integrity.

    Cons

It's a small, family-owned business with all the quirks and dysfunction that accompany that structure. The medical coverage is mediocre at best due to the small number of employees. The environment is often one of sudden deadlines with the need to work late to meet the goal. Company health is directly proportionate to client loyalty and health. The founder is involved in all projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trust.
