Career advancement possible, decent benefits, flexible schedule-understanding of personal time needed for vacation, illness, etc. Good company vision.

Cons

Compensation is across the board, commission/bonus plans will change frequently with no notice, favoritism, lack of ongoing training, system platform not adequate or user friendly to get the job done in a timely manner. Too much focus on SMB market.

Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to be more available and more personable, they often forget about the majority of the workforce keeping things going. Need to keep the moral up.
