Management lacks direction and foresight. The competition always seems two steps ahead.

Advice to Senior Management

Become proactive as opposed to the usual reactive approach. Create customer incentives to entice them to look at Insight as opposed to waiting for the competition to come up with ideas that you may or may not mirror. Once you implement a new initiative give it time to work as opposed to "pulling the plug" . Treat your employees as if they are valuable or at least act like they are.
