    Pros

Initially got a lot of great interviews in.

    Cons

Unknowledgeable recruiters - they typically know jack about the jobs (so they oversell your qualifications and you get interviews that embarrass your self-esteem).

Horrible communication - my contract was mangled so many times I am ashamed to still be associated with them.

Disgusting benefits - the insurance is terrible, no overtime pay, no PTO, no 401k... nothing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop with the fake reviews. There are so many crammed into one day... it's unlikely that 25% of all your employees have the time to write positive reviews on Glassdoor about you.

    Pros

I don't have many pros from my experience

    Cons

The leadership was corrupt, they would manipulate young girls to work for them at a very low price. I didn't like how they had the gang mentality where if you didn't hang out with coworkers outside of work you weren't considered part of the in-crowd. It was a lot of fun to go to happy hours that were paid for by the company, but it wasn't something I'd do all the time. It fosters the bully mentality and I didn't like the manipulation that started with management
