Pros

get your foot in the door for a position involving a federal contract

Cons

disorganized company
finger pointing culture with no trust
everyone is expected to do the job of at least two full time employees, if not three
poorly managed technology that was outdated 10 years ago
low pay, pay increases nonexistent even when expected
management wants to control employees, manages by causing conflict and creating mistrust

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start trusting your employees, many of them are very talented and almost all of them care very much about the mission of your organization. Update your technology at least a little. Realize that you could save a lot of money by simply fixing your turnover problem - which is due to poor management.
