Experience @ Inspire

Supervisor (Current Employee)
Dhaka (Bangladesh)

ProsIt was very flexible for to work at inspire while i was a university student. Learning about many organizational development issues as a supervisor was the most important part. Although it is a call center, it has great opportunity to expand their boundaries with a solid base. Friendly working environment makes the work easier and leaves no reason to bunk the office.

ConsThere are some good days, there are some bad days at office. Outsourcing may mean trying to find out cheapness but it once, may come to come to the point of sacrificing quality.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork Flow Management should be strictly monitored.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
