I have been working at Intecon full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

After working here for 3 years now I have learned that management/ownership truly wants the best for their employees. The pay is good and the structure of management allows for true growth and increased responsibility within the company. Ample training is provided for particular government requirements.

Cons

Besides usual annoyances of working for any company I have nothing to complain about.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing really, keep doing what you're doing.

I worked at Intecon as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Even though the company is based in Colorado, the CEO as well as other leadership and staff members visit the employees and sites for their contracts to ensure needs are being met.

    Cons

The position I held was a contract position and due to the nature of the contract, it became a little confusing to manage time off and the requirements for hours due to the contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Explain the contract requirements before hiring.
