Pros

Worked with a very supportive team that took the time to teach me the ropes, both for specific accounts and the agency business in general. Was mentored/coached and encouraged to continue to grow within the agency.

Cons

Not all areas provided opportunity for internal growth.

Fun place, but not for everyone

    Pros

Fun culture, great people, talented professionals, beer, excellent benefits and perks. Integer is a fast paced environment and highly structured.

    Cons

Very political, and cliquey. If your not willing to be part of the "in crowd" you may limit your opportunities for advancement within the organization. Pay is just OK, a little below the rest of the industry. Inexperienced managers often lack the ability to bring out the best in people who may not fit their mold exactly.

I worked at Integer Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

You have the opportunity to add big brand names to your resumé and portfolio.

    Cons

If you are not willing to be superglued to your cubicle desk chair, neglect your family in exchange for long hours (with no reward) and play the popularity game - you will not succeed here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The way you force corporate culture down employees' throats is not unlike the way dictators force their dogma on confused and unsuspecting citizens. You don't even have a "culture." You have a cold, capitalist machine - and that's OK! Just be up front about it and stop patting yourselves on the back three times a month with champagne or chartered busses. And the endless quarterly meetings that squander time employees could use to keep working.
