    Pros

Great and nice people to work with. Everyone is willing to help out.
Christmas party (drawings for free iPads/iMacs/MacBookPros; State Fair Day; Company picnic. Wine Downs. Halloween Party.
    Generous holiday time off.
Get to work with big name clients.

    Cons

Client driven deadlines makes for very long hours (9hrs+), especially when projects aren't estimated correctly. Overworked/overstressed because not enough people hired to help and you take on multiple projects simultaneously.
Required to work at the office all the time. No flexible hours. No work from home. Often required to work after hours or during weekends without notice to meet unexpected deadlines.
Sometimes account managers seem lost, especially when leading new projects.
    Too many meetings.
Lacks process, which causes time management issues.
Lacks career growth - raises/promotions are based on how long you've been there, not on skills and how much hard work you've put in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train account management on how to manage and estimate projects, especially digital. Enforce process. Reward your hard workers and don't be afraid to hire more people for help or you'll end up overworking your current employees into the ground.

    Pros

Biggest shop in Colorado. Some good people just like any big company. The benefits and time off are solid. Use it and lose it, good source for experience in a niche of advertising. But don't stay too long, it can limit other career opportunities.

    Cons

Most of the Director level and above have never managed anywhere else. They don''t even realize they don't know much about the ad world they work in, just the little corner that is Integer. One of the most consistent sayings at Integer,"If you didn't do it at Integer it doesn't matter." A lot of people have start over at Integer, no matter where they have worked prior or for how long.

Cliquey is too shallow of a word to describe the unfortunate overt cronyism and favoritism that is a norm at the company. Many reviews have talked about needing to be an insider, be part of the popular crowd, etcetera. It is the truth. If you can suck up or "network" and still look yourself in the mirror every morning, then it will be okay for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time to evolve. Listen to everyone, not just the ones agreeing with you. There are a lot of people that want to talk, but the silence is deafening due to the ramifications if you do speak up.
