Integra has been good to me

Customer Account Manager (Current Employee) Golden Valley, MN

ProsCompany does strive to be the best at customer service and bending over backwords to meet customer demands. Works towards providing services customers want and need. Flexible work schedule allows for good work/life balance. Finally giving raises again. They seem to be recognizing the loss of good employees and working towards keeping the ones they still have left.

ConsS&P downgrade, canceling office newspaper when newspaper is a customer, 401k match still not reinstated, constant restructuring, not investing in Fiber in MN market, losing a lot of experienced & tenured employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
