I worked at Intel Corporation
Pros – Good compensation, a lot of resources. A lot of possible training. A lot of smart people if you go to right group
Cons – big, undecisive and complicated management. Too many changes. Management changes decision before the plan get fully executed. This is a big waste of money. They need to think carefully what they want before proceeding.
Advice to Senior Management – Go back to basic and shortened the chain of order. Management need to held accountable for decision made. Make careful and firm decisions.
Excel in what you know best, which is CPU and manufacturing. Carefully manage projects and funding.
Trim chain of order. Make management smaller. Too many chiefs is not good
