Intel has always offered very good medical benefits, and bonuses that grow with your time n the company. Intel is a large, multi-site, multi-national company, which provides relative job stability and felixibility in making career changes within the same company.

Cons

The sheer size of Intel makes it difficult to aspire to director and executive level grade levels. Also, despite great IC design and manufacturing execution, Intel's stock continues to see no growth due to competitive pressures on cost and average selling prices.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to challenge the status quo, embrace NEW work-life balance initiatives for employees, and stop the unnecessary focus on minority populations.
