I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

I'm sure that somewhere within in Intel it's probably a great place to work...like my badge says.

Cons

I'm not at the place it's a great place to work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

One of the group leaders in the Hitachi Etch group at the D1C facility needs to be investigated for labor law violations...and deported. Soon. I'm not really sure how this particular individual maintains his employment.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Intel has very strong financial analysts and values bright, driven people. If you work hard, you will be rewarded here.

    Cons

People have a tendency to be aggressive, frustrating and immature. Intel values people who challenge opinions which can be helpful. It also means you are very likely to work with total, utter jerks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide GPTW training. People don't remember the difference between strategically challenges and just being a pain.
