Not much pressure, Relatively good salary

Not creative, Not professional people, Not many worthwhile events and activities for interns, Not clear vision

Managers should have more knowledge of technology and clear visions

    You can learn from the smartest guys in the industry

    Everyone wants to kick everyone out. The manager said you can't be a nice guy in Intel. What a paranoid company.

    Pros

    Fun for people who like to put their hands on the newest and greatest CPUs and computer systems. Very disciplined on the processes.

    Cons

    Company culture doesn't promote innovation and risk taking. Layers of management but no one is really in charge.

    Encourage risk-taking, not just by saying it, but by really doing it.
