Intel Corporation – “Stay away from Intel”

Pros

I cant think of one reason to want to work for Intel. It used to be a great place to work. The company has changed so much from being worried about its employees to more of how they can make a buck. Moral has never been lower.

Cons

Its a large company and you get lost in the cracks. They make billions in profit every quarter and have cut more programs for the employees than I can count. There pay is not competitive to others in the same industry. The pay is not even competitve between employees. I have the same qualifications and do the exact same job as some of my peers and I am paid 7$ a hour less than my nearest peer. And it has nothing to do with my work ethic. I have never recieved anything less than a exceeds expectations on a performance review.

Advice to Senior Management

Find your employees, if you even know who they are.
