Approves of CEO

I have been working at Intel Corporation as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

It is one of the best places to work with. There is a mutual understanding between the managers and employees based on open communication that allows you to work on what is best for you at your convenience.

Cons

It is a big company and sometimes new graduates can get lost in all the available departments and positions. Sometimes you need to struggle to make yourself heard and get your point out there. Be sure to get the most out of your time there by knowing what you want to do and talk to the right people who can help you achieve your goals.

Not good at all - predatory environment very resistant to change

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hiring quotas in effect for women and minorities now so women can now get hired easier

    Cons

It's like high school - groups are in cliques - the "Indian" clique, the "Asian" clique, the "American" clique - the Women at Intel "clique" - they even eat at different lunch tables like high school and there are even unwritten social interaction rules that no one will ever admit to. Predatory managers out to make their quarterly targets no matter what admit they have no "interpersonal skills" no time for that softskill stuff - it shows in the culture - rude, mean, uncivilized - not progressive at all.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes - your culture needs major overhaul. Warren Buffet just pulled all his cash out - take notice. Make some changes quickly - from the top down - get rid of your "retired in cube" life'rs they're a real buzz kill for excited new graduates

The bonuses are nice. Eight week paid sabbaticals every 7 years

    Cons

Projects are too often cancelled. Workers are not valued. Comany lacks a good direction
